PODA is a professional association. As such, we expect our members to act in a professional manner. But what constitutes a profession or professional?

A profession is defined as:

an occupation in which an individual uses an intellectual skill based on an established body of knowledge and practice to provide a specialised service in a defined area, exercising independent judgement in accordance with a code of ethics and in the public interest

PODA is committed to helping our members be at the forefront of Office development and ensuring that they act in a professional manner. We aim to provide our members with the tools to further enhance their knowledge and ensure that they meet high standards in both ability and moral values.
